Naughty Cabaret is an extravaganza full of energy, comedy, absurdity and ridiculousness.

With an ever-changing line up of clown, circus, music, burlesque, character comedy and more. Previous guest-performers include Sophie Zucker, Josephine Lacey, Siblings, Elf Lyons, Lara Ricote, Madeleine Rowe, Amando Houser, Grace Lusk, Frankie Thompson, Ria Lina and Gogo Bumhole.

Hosted by “Queens of the ridiculous” (★★★★ The Wee Review), Anna Marie Simonsen and Marie Kallevik Straume, also seen in the “irresistibly silly” (★★★★ The Guardian) clown comedy Troll. Naughty Cabaret has been performed in Australia, Edinburgh, London and Norway.

Naughty Cabaret was listed as a comedy highlight in the List UK and as ‘unmissable’ by ToDoList London at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2024.

The clown duo, Marie Kallevik Straume & Anna Marie Simonsen, have toured their work internationally since 2022 and are the hosts and producers of Naughty Cabaret

Anna Marie Simonsen studied Drama and Theatre at Goldsmiths University, and is trained in clown by Goze Saner, Dr Brown & Spymonkey. Marie Kallevik studied at École Jacques Lecoq and LAMDA, and has also taken clown courses with Phillippe Gaulier, Spymonkey and Angela De Castro. They both clown regularly at different comedy and cabaret nights in Norway and beyond. Currently also festival directors of Norway Clown Festival with Amanda Tunsberg. Tunsberg is also a member of the Naughty Cabaret team through performing with the boyband trio AMEN.
